Shipping/delivery is only available within Alberta, Canada. Shipping rates are $12.00 within Alberta.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

In store pick up can be done during business hours: Mon - Fri. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM STAT Holiday(s) may affect this availability. Please make sure your name is correct and if someone else will be picking up your items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept unopened items only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pick up.

To initiate a return please email reception@aestheticsolutions.ca and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Red Deer contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
